[SOLVED] Can't get resolution higher than 1920x1080

Running HDMI via display port on a brand new Acer G257HU. Graphics card is a GT 330. I'm running the most recent drivers from Nvidia, and I've tried manually editing xorg.conf to include higher resolutions than 1080p but can't get it to budge.
