It says:

error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I found in my /usr/lib but eclipse doesn't find it

execute eclipse as an argument to the command ldd. Using this will show you where it is looking for its shared libraries. i.e.

ldd eclipse
