Can't find SKYPE in the repository - ubuntu 12.04

I am newbie on linux and i'm still learning how to navigate on this OS. Anyhow, i often have to ask for help when i need to install or correct any type of issue on my pc using linux. At this time, i wanna install skype on ubuntu 12.04, and i thought i should go to the repository and simply type the program name there. I didn't succeed!!!
So, how can i install it by terminal command?

You must enable partner repositories on Ubuntu. If you simply googled "skype ubuntu 12.04" you would find that.
