can't find program

i'm a noob to linux (just switched to it 3 days ago) and i just downloaded ipod sharp from the synaptics program list and installed it. but how do i find/run it? its not in the kde panel. how do i go about finding it? PClinuxOS is what i'm running on

#locate ipod

Try to change ipod to a pattern close to what you are looking for. locate simple looks in the filesystem for a match. So may be that could help.

these are the files installed by ipod
To find a program:
whereis ipod
