can't find my tool bar in kubuntu

I accidentally deleted my toolbar at the bottom of the desk top page and now i can not figure out how to get it back. HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!!

Welcome to LQ

Right click on the desktop and click Unlock widget now right click again on the desktop and click Add Panel. That will get your panel back, now right click on the panel and click Panel Settings and you can make adjustments to the panel. Also right click on the panel and click Add Widgets and you can add your Applications Launcher and clock and such. Hope this helps
