Can't find kernel image when booting BackTrack from CD

Hi, I'm very new to Linux, heard through it at a friend at school and decided to give it a shot. Trying to do this mostly for fun, but a few weeks ago people broke into our house and took my laptop. In there was the Linksys CD with my wireless router's WEP key. Now, I have no way to get it back, and the router is basically sitting there. So, I wanted to give cracking it a shot.

Followed the instructions given on smallnetbuilder.com/content/view/30114/98
and told me to download the BackTrack and burn the image to a CD then boot it form startup. So i burned the image onto a CD, now when I boot it form startup, it displays a header saying isolinux, a bunch of other stuff then someone that it's copyrighted to. then it says:
boot:
i have no idea what to type there, tried a bunch of stuu like \boot\bootinst.dat.
hasn't worked and can't find a clear answer anywhere else on the web. Any help would be much appreciated on this subject,

-Thanks

Just for fun is fine but why not take the easy route.

Typically linksys has a reset button on the back of the unit. This resets the unit back to default configuration. You can then reconfigure the unit via a web browser with a new WEP key. 192.168.1.1 I believe is the default IP address, the password is admin. The CD isn't necessary.

No need to enter anything, just press the enter key.

And Welcome to LinuxQuestions.
