Can't delete on opensuse 12.1 KDE desktop

I get a weird message when I try to delete a file.
It says "The trash has reached its maximum size!
Cleanup the trash manually."
but i check my trash folder and its empty, last time i cleaned it out i selected everything in there and then did a right click and hit the delete option. I can't even find a .trash folder in my system. ._.

I can still delete via terminal using rm -f -r

I can't delete using dolphin, but I can delete using nautilus.
What gives?

Try going in to the settings of Dolphin, choose configure and select the trash can icon, uncheck limit to maximum size, or change the value to a higher percentage.
