Can't delete corrupt file

Hi, I got a file in my home dir named #
When I try to delete it, I get an error: File doesn't exist.
Indeed, I don't see it in konsole via ls but I can still see it in Konqueror.
How to remove it, and where the file comes from?

i imagine its part of a file that got left there from a hard reboot and the FS just didnt completely clean up after itself, if you cant see it from CL then it sounds like it might be hard to get rid of, personally being lazy i wouldnt bother being that it cant be more than a few K at the most extreme end, usually files like that are a few bytes however you might try something such as nautilus or emelfm to get in where you can see it and be able to do something about it, or at worst move every other file to another directory, should be easy using * since it doesnt show up in ls anyways and then rm the dir and put it all back, oh and try ls -a to see if ls just doesnt really know what to do with it
