Can' Upgrade Centos 6.x

Earlier this Week CentOS 6.1 was released, a minor update to Centos 6.0. I am trying to upgrade Centos following this tutorial
http://www.if-not-true-then-false.co...rade-centos-6/
When I try this I get the following Errors.

It is pointed at a CDROM. So you must either delete the repository or edit the repository and add the attribute enabled=0.
You can edit the repository in /etc/yum.repos.d/.
