camera and udev

I upgraded my work machine to FC3, and with it came udev. In the past, all I had to do to mount my camera was attach the usb cable, give the command mount -t msdos /dev/sda1 /mnt/camera and I could get access to my pictures. Now with udev, /dev/sda1 doesn't exist, and I have a generic camera, made by digicam, and it isn't detected by any of the hotplug or udev rules. Can I please get some help to know how to modify the udev rules and create a mount point for my camera?

Thanks Alot,
JimBass
