Cadence IC5141 ICFB invoke error

Hi All!!

I Have installed Cadence IC5141 on RHEL5.1 X86_64 successfully..if I try to launch icfb , I am getting following error.
/bin/sh: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

.please help me to fix this eroor..
