cache squid config

hello all dears

after installation linux 9.0 i install package of squid (cache) and active it in setup
but after this i dont have enough construction or information for complete this cache then if possible plz help me

I used webmin to set up squid on my machine. I tried just setting up the squid.conf file and had problems.
I used 128 Meg to start with now I have to fine tune it.
