According to Deitel's site there is no such title.
http://www.deitel.com/
If you mean C++ How to program then this book is available on their site to buy. There are program example to download but its not an e-book.
You may be able to get a copy at your local library.

Closed for 2 reasons:

a) nothing to do with Linux
and
b) asking for links to illegal material

Please don't do this again.
