Busybox auto time gmt+3

Hello I am stucked on Busybox time issue.
I have an ip cam based on Busybox and I want to sync it's time automatically.
I can configure time manually by s-date command and found
ntpd -q -p ptbtime1.ptb.de command to sync with ntpd server. However time is changed as UTC but I am on GMT+3 right now and can't find a proper command line. Any help is highly appreciated.

Welcome to LinuxQuestions.

Normally on a typically desktop the current timezone data file is /etc/localtime which is a copied from /usr/share/zoneinfo/ which contains all zone files. However, without knowing the make or model number of the camera it impossible to tell how or if it can be configured to use a timezone. I have only used IP cameras from one manufacture and they provide a web setup page for date/time where a timezone can be configured.

All times are GMT -5. The time now is 03:06 PM.
