burning a bootable dvd

Hi,

I have vector Linux Installed.I have downloaded Slackware 12 iso.Now I want to burn it to use as a bootable Slackware installable CD.What is the command for this,Is this command Ok or should I give some more options.Slackware 12 iso is in /home/ISO/slackware12.iso

growisofs -dvd-compat -Z /dev/dvd=image.iso

I need urgent help ?
