I would like to burn 2 or more (iso or txt...) files to 1 disc. I know of the multi option (-multi) using cdrecord but I am having trouble with its command. btw, burning a single iso to disc is no problem. my -scanbus looks like this
how do I burn multiple iso files all at once. I been using the following command to burn single files.
cdrecord -eject -v speed=4 dev=ATA:1,1,0 'filename.iso'
Wow my first post, it took 10 minutes to find the post link! Suggestion make it easier to find!
An iso file is an image of the disc you want to burn. ie, it is a cd but it is not on the phsical medium. So in a way you can not burn more than one iso to a disc and expect a normal cd. However you can put more than one iso on to a disc (aslong as you have enough space to do it) but when you look at the disc it will show the iso images and not then contents of what is in the iso
Your saying its not possible to put two CD images to a single disc, Right?
I guess the -multi option for cdrecord is only for other files and not CD images (aka iso). I notice if I burn a 2nd iso to the disc using -multi option, the disc is thus NOT mountable.

You can burn two ISO images to a CD and they can be used (if small enough), even from Windows. Here's a link for Windows that should work as an example for either Windows or Linux;
