Building Wine on 64-bit Linux Mint Debian

Recently, I decided to build 32-bit wine on 64-bit Linux Mint Debian. I have installed all of the relevant development packages that it seems to require, such as ia32-libs-dev and other 32-bit development libraries, but I still get this when building:

configure:17122: OpenCL 32-bit development files not found, OpenCL won't be supported.
configure:17122: gstreamer-0.10 base plugins 32-bit development files not found, gstreamer support disabled
configure:17122: OSS sound system found but too old (OSSv4 needed), OSS won't be supported.
configure:17122: libgsm 32-bit development files not found, gsm 06.10 codec won't be supported.
configure:17132: WARNING: libjpeg 32-bit development files not found, JPEG won't be supported.

I got the most recent files from the git repositories as well. The 64-bit build seems to go smoothly.

Can somebody help to point me in the right direction here, please?
