building of toolchain for ARM board
 
hi
Can anyone tell me what are the steps to be taken and files to be used for building of toolchain for ARM board say beagle board.
I want to build toolchain using linux 2.6.18 version ,what are the other packages required and what is the proper procedure and steps for that?
and where can I find help regarding various issues on toolchain?

Have you tried looking on the Beagleboard website? Has examples on how to build the tool chain with steps. Did you try looking this up first?

I started building toolchain ,I have compiled kernel and while compiling binutils I am facing this issue
like
make[2]: ***[info-recursive ] Error 1
make[1]:***[all-bfd] Error 2

which is attched with the post.can anyone how to resolve it..
