When I try make to the mainline(staging-test) kernel it ends up with the error

So, when I google it I found that to install dwarves, but still the error coming.
What distro are you using? What version? Just guessing, it's an older version of Linux and doesn't have the latest software versions. You may need to update your Linux installation to be able to get packages that are new enough to work with the latest kernel versions.
It appears that Ubuntu 20.04 still has dwarves 1.15 for some reason. The current version is 1.17, and is available in the Debian repositories, both Bullseye and Sid. I think you need to get the latest version, which is not in Ubuntu 20.04.
