BT5R2 will not install on to hard drive

BT5R2 Live CD will not detect my hard drive. Install to hard stops at hard drive partition.

Problem solved. Reformated hard drive to NTFS was Fat32.
Dual boot Windows XP and BT5R2

you will need to give us more information about your system before we can help you.
Are you trying to install on a laptop or a desktop? Is the hard drive a SATA or PATA hard drive? Can you get BackTrack to run as a live cd?
Which other Distros have you successfully installed on your computer?
I would also suggest that you might want to try the BackTrack forum as BackTrack is a specialist tool that's only really useful to Network Administrators and security experts. (although installation should be similar to any other Distro)

Backtrack is basically a tool for system Administrators and SECURITY EXPERTS

And as such it assumes that YOU ARE AN EXPERT
