Unhappy

I created a persistent backtrack 5r1 installation on an 8GB usb stick. I reserved 2gb for persistence.

I always neatly log off and give a 'shutdown -h 0' command.

However, when booting up, I get a couple of these sometimes:

EXT2-fs (loop1): error: ext2_lookup: deleted inode referenced
EXT2-fs (loop1): error: ext2_lookup: deleted inode referenced

Continously repairing casper-rw is like fighting symptoms.

How do I fix this?
