Browsing problem through squid with RHEL5

I have configured squid with LDAP authentication on RHEL5.the machine has two ethernet card eth0 & eth1.eth0 has private IP 192 range & eth1 has public IP 202 range.Authentication is ok with LDAP(domino running on another IP) .Now the issue is when I browse internet from a machine with dual booting (windows 2003 server & RHEL 5) I am able to browse through windows but unable to browse from RHEL 5.The machine has DHCP IP.When I browse through RHEL 5 I just get some content of a page & its looks that page is opening but after a long waiting It is unable to open the page. The interesting thing is that I am able to browse through RHEL 4 machine which is in same vlan.I have updated the machine to RHEL5.2 but the problem remains same.iptables is off at client & at sever also. ip forwading done at server.
