Browsers wont call a webpage via 8087 or 2024

None of my browsers open a webpage if it is to be called via ports 8087 or 2024. It returns "server timeout" or "403 Access denied." This happen regardless caching, firewall on or off. Do you know what's the problem?

Even on the same PC where the webserver is running?

What are you running on these ports?

Yes, both pages are on the same server. I can access them from Wondows, but not from Linux - my usual OS.
The pages I need to access via these ports are control panels at my host, where I can consult server logs, access logs, error logs etc. - all information related to my websites.
