browser downlaod

where does my browser download the html files and images too. im using konqueror does that matter on the browser im using.

By default they go to your home directory. You always have the choice of where to download before clicking 'ok' though.

$HOME/.mozilla/useraccountname/gobbledygook/Cache i where my Mozilla leaves the slime trail.

$HOME/.netscape, yaddah for the same. Just drill down into the folders which are probably hiden by default (notice the leading dot on the folder name?)
