my os is linux mint.the problem im having is i cant get printer to work. this is the trouble im having.the funny thing is it knows its there but wont print.this is what im getting(/run/cups/cups)cups server error failed to connect.any help would be greatly appreciated.
For the Brother printer, it may be that you have installed a 64-bit version of Mint, but have not installed the required ia32-libs. Check the Pre-required Procedure for your printer here.

im computer e literate my laptop is a 64bit system and im not sure what i have to look for.im used to windows doing it for me but I've had enough with Microsoft
