brother mfc-j6510dw print problem.
 

I have tried to reload printer several times the admin test page prints ok but jobs fail with this error.

E [09/Aug/2018:14:35:57 +1000] Missing value on line 11 of /var/cache/cups/job.cache.

Did you get the driver from the Brother website? If not, go there and get it, and install it. Then reinstall the printer in cups.

Yes has worked for a long time but something has changed giving the error, so removed the printer and reinstalled it several times but the problem remains.
I am using "Debian GNU/Linux 9 (stretch) 64-bit"
At a loss to know what to do next.
