Broken KDE

Didn take me long, ive manged to break my KDE.

The window surround, on all windows have gone missing and all windows are stuck on desktop and you cant drag them anywhere.

The surround that normally has close, min and max boxes.

Can only quit widows from drop down menu.

What have I done. Dont want to reinstall if its just a setting ive hit

Have you tried Alt-Space, Advanced, No Border?
Otherwise, have a look in Control Center, Appearance and Themes, Window Decorations.

No joy. Things go alot worse. Im fast becoming an expert at installing Linux mandriva! I will start a fresh thread because my problems have become multiple and no longer fit this thread heading.
