Bounce question
 

Hi
I have been looking like crezy for a program to my linux shell/server.
I need a program that can be used as an proxy for my ftp client(on windows). like a bouncer. but it needs to be password and or ip protected.
I have asked some guys I know and they say the best way is by useing pftp and BNC4ALL, but bnc4all is pretty old and I cant seem to make any sence out of it.... I was hopeing some of you may have a suggestion on what program I can use.. :)

btw. made the question in newbie because it seems like a silly question.
