In order for anyone to be able to help you, more information is needed. Such as:
  • Is the boot order correct in BIOS?
  • Is the flash drive perhaps corrupt?
  • What, if any, error messages do you see when you try to boot?

Best regards,

How exactly did you install it on a flash drive?

Welcome aboard.

Likely you need to enable usb booting or legacy in your computers BIOS; If you have UEFI, I'm afraid I don't know.
