Booting into Linux

Well, this is my system setup:

2xSATA 160GB on ICH5 Bios
1 Seagate 40GB EIDE Drive with a 36GB ext3 or ReiserFS partition and a 2GB Linux Swap Partition

Now. I don't want to change how I boot into windows on my RAID array.

But how do I make a floppy to boot into Linux? After I install it? When do I set that up since they are on different channels and separate drives?

Or can I do it all through Lilo? Any idea? I'm a little lost on this one.....

I'm not sure about your RAID situation but in general - to make a boot floppy from the command line

su
root password

mkbootdisk kernelname

ie - for example:

mkbootdisk 2.4.20-8

etc
