I believe it would help if you gave a little more detail on your problems. Do you have Opensuse installed? Have you been using it for some time? At what point do you get this error? What are your doing? Just trying to boot or...?
Most live CD or DVD SUSE 11 have a option when booted to the disc which says; "Repair Installed System", and then select either the automatic type repair, or expert tools option to verify installed software.
