ieR LQ Newbie Registered: Jan 2005 Posts: 1 Rep:	booting comfirmation IF, i had a linux fresh installed on a HDD01, on a PC, boots like normal. then now i plug 'back' in my other HDD02 (with window XP installed), can i rely on the BIOS to boot which HDD? like if i were to set boot from HDD01, it will load linux and ignore my HDD02? and vice versa?, i dare not to plug back my HDD02 for now as i am afraid i might screw up the window inside. about dual boot softwares, how can i remove them when next time i decide to remove linux from my computer? will it affect windows booting?
