Booting and service info?

Hello LQ,

Sorry for the title, but I'm not really sure how to formulate my problem.
I'm currently running fedora 14 on my laptop, and at boot, it only shows the fedora logo until the login screen appears.
I would like to see the information about the services starting, like in archlinux for example (i.e a text mode booting, where I can see "entering runlevel3.....setting up network....[DONE] or something similar.)

Is it possible and if so, how can I do it?

Edit: I tried to remove the "quiet" option in the grub.conf, but it only boot in text mode for like 1 or 2 second (then the fedora logo comes back again)

Edit: Ok I solved it by removing the strange options in grub.conf (I'll look into that later to see how it works).

Either use quiet mode, or configure plymouth for detailed view.

Well actually the quiet mode was not enough.
I removed
rd_NO_LUKS rd_NO_LVM rd_NO_MD rd_NO_DM
to have access to the full information at booting. If someome has some informations about these options, I couldn't find any (didn't really know where to look for).
