Boot-Up Issues

My RH9 installation with the latest kernel has stopped booting after I changed my lilo.conf file and ran sbin/lilo. It goes to run level 9 when it should go to 5. Anybody know what the problem is?

Cheers,
Dan

What do you mean runlevel 9, AFAIK there is no such thing. I am unaware of anything that would change your runlevel by editing your lilo.conf file. Usually to change your runlevel would require you to change your /etc/inittab file.

More details please.

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
