The boot repair output you posted several days ago clearly shows that you are using an MBR system and NOT UEFI so I don't know why you ever set it to boot UEFI. If it was an EFI system, you would have an EFI partition with EFI files for both your windows and Linux systems which you do not have. You would also NOT have anything in the MBR and your boot repair clearly shows that you did have Grub code there. None of the images you posted show any indication that your computer ever was UEFI.
On an MBR system like this, you should change the MBR to windows before making any other changes and test boot it.
If you delete or modify any partition, you should also run chkdsk at least once from windows.
