When I attempted to boot my system I received the following msgs:

Couldn't find device uuid
Couldn't find all Physical Volumes
Couldn't find all Physical Volumes for VolGroup00
Volume Group 00 not found
ERROR - /bin/lvm exited abnormaly with value 5 (pid 442)

Mount Error 6 mounting Ext3
Mount error 2 mounting none
Switchroot mount failed 22
Umount /init/dev failed 2
Kernel Panic - not syncing

System shut down normally last night.
