BOOT Linux from USB Flash Drive
 
:confused:
I want to install linux from usb flash drive.I have copy all the files of X:\isolinux folder to X:\ folder where X:\ is flash drive letter
But bios is not able to read the bootable image vmlinuz.
Please suggest me to make bootable usb flash drive for linux

First off, be sure that your BIOS supports booting from the Flash Drive. Put the Flash Drive into a USB slot, and boot up and hit the Del key, or what key is needed to enter in the BIOS, and see that your BIOS can boot from USB. If so, then you need to install Linux onto the USB and a bootloader too. What size is the Flash Drive?
