Hi, i am trying to install Mandrake 10 on these school computers. the thing is, they r fairly old and cannot boot from cdrom directly. where can i get a boot floppy for mandrake 10? thx
If the PCs do not have enough memory I suggest Slackware.
You can create a boot floppy by inserting the 1st CD into a windows machine and when the auto menu is displayed select install from floppy. Click on the box next to the empty box, click on the images directory and select cdrom.img. And then select write.
