[SOLVED] BMS kind of a sistem,web based system

Not sure how to formulate so bare with me.... Looking to use a Linux system as web page interface(bms) is there a browser/program that can open a web page locked in fullscreen mode( no bars or close button) preferably to be started from command line( maybe no gui at all).
Something simple ,single tab . something that turns that web page into a gui( something like that...)

Not sure what BMS is, but what you're describing is called a kiosk.
