Smile blocking youtube to particular ip

I would like to know how to block youtube access to individual ip

You have to explain better your situation, do you are an network administrator and you have to prevent an ip from your network accessing YouTube? Do you have a firewall in your network or just a dumb router? Tell us a bit of your network configuration.
