block and few more questions...

I have few questions:
1. How big is 1 block(ie. MB, KB...) in Redhat Linux box?
2. What command should I type to check current disk use and total disk space?
3. If I have 2IPs and register a NameServer @ godaddy.com, If I give this NameServer to my friend who want to host a website on my server and if people type my friend domain, will it point to my server?(like IP pointing). I know I have to setup Virtual host corectly but not sure besides that do I need to do any thing else?

Thank you

1. Not sure about the block thing - honestly. I'd swear I knew a couple of years ago, but time is not a friend sometimes

2. I use 'df' or 'df -h' to determine usage and space avail. It tells all the space avail and used on all partitions.

3. If you set up a DNS server, register it with your registrar (godaddy, whatever), then set up a web server on a box; when people type in the domain name, the registrar will point to your DNS server which will point to your web server, which will send them the page.
That's the way the internet works
