Blender 2.49b ImportError: cannot import name urandom


So I have installed python 2.6 from ppa and got blender 2.49b to find python

Code:
./blender
Compiled with Python version 2.6.2.
Checking for installed Python... got it!
checking for python...
python is fine!
but when I run my RoR Importer addon Im getting

ImportError: cannot import name urandom

New in Blender 2.79b.

was that a typo or a old Blender ed?

Nope it was not typo, Im using an old blender (2.49b) which have an addon for OpenSource game Rigs of Roads since it has not been updated from 2.49b era Im forced to use 2.49b

I did not managed to get blender 2.49b py2.6 to work on linux, instead I switched to blender2.49b py2.5 and it works fine, I have installed python 2.5 as described here
