Blackbuntu
I have installed blackbuntu but it keeps on going blank it,s like a virus have been downloaded but when i reset my computer it works good,but after shuts down again.What could be the problem ?

Hi Carlos. I wouldnt think the issue is a virus. It sounds more like hardware issues, compatibility perhaps.
Few questions for you.
Is this install in a Laptop or in a Desktop? When you said after shutdown doesn't work do you mean after going to hibernation/suspend ? what video card do you have? some video cards require tweaking the drive to make it work.
Have you installed all the upgrades available for your distribution?
If yo provide more information about your system perhaps somebody here would be able to help.

If your computer "goes black" and shuts down suddenly, it's either a major error like a failure in the video driver or x-server, or some kind of hardware issue like bad memory or an overheating cpu. I'd try to run in "safe mode", with a vesa driver first, to see if that helps. Have you installed all available updates?

Thanks for the info, because i was also trying to get my display which is a Nvidia Gforce 2MX tm type to work but don't know how to do this.
I will have to do some research and get back to you about this.

GeForce 2MX is a very old adapter, which might be your problem if you're trying to run a newer driver.
