Blackberry and Linux IMAP Email Server

Hello ...

Can my work linux IMAP email server push emails to my Blackberry?

I dont just want the emails sent to my Blackberry, I want any changes to my email done through my Blackberry to be automatically done on the work email server.

For example, if I move a message from my inbox to another folder on my Blackberry, when I log onto my work desktop, I want this email to be in the new folder I moved it to.

Excuse my lack of correct terminilogy but I am not very good with computers.
