OK, this really isn't 100% Linux related but i was DL'ing a Linux OS via Torrent but i had to reboot. how do i start DL where i left off in bit torrent? thanks! gf not over so i have the whole night to get Linux up. thanks again!

There should be a .torrent file somewhere. I think you need to open it in the bittorrent client and it should carry on where it left off.

nope.. i don't got any. i'm trying ti finish SuSe and Slack for now so i can get something going on my box.
It's now very eiry (sp?) in my apartment... too quite. i miss the hum of a working PC. i mean, i can certainly turn it on and keep it up but that hum will just drive me crazy to know it's just dead weight pumping up my electricity bill.

Go to the site you got the torrent off. Save it to disk to a place you'll remember. Re open it and select the exact same directory you used to save the file. You should get a "checking existing file" for a while and then the download will continue where it left off.
