Binding Programs with keyboard shortcuts in GNOME (fedora)

I have installed fedora core few days back. GENOME in fedora comes with nautilus and metacity window manager. I want to launch some programs using keyboard shortcut, e.g. Alt + Ctl + M should launch mozilla.

I think I have done this with KDE before, but not able to find a way of doing it in GNOME. Any suggestions for doing this?

TIA,
PYM

I use keylaunch, it should work with any window manager, you just need to have gnome start it automatically when you log in (I don't know how to do this, sorry).

Here is the debain package, you can also get the source from this page.
