This problem is resolved by adding
Code:
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
into
Code:
/etc/ld.so.conf.d
and later running ldconfig.

based on post #5 it was already there. But anyway first you had to fix the lib (which was wrong), the incorrect file was found and it was useless so the system reported: cannot find [a working] libc++.

Yes, in post #5 I added, but since "ld" was still not able to find libc++ therefore I removed it from ld.so.conf.d and instead provided path with "-L" option (the 3 approaches I mentioned in post #10. The later error i.e. post # 15 was dynamic linking error therefore added the path again ld.so.conf.d.
