It's called grammar and you get much better responses when you use it.
Linux isn't the best for gaming, you can try using Cedega to play windows games on linux but it won't support every single game. They're doing a pretty decent job so far though supporting major titles.
Distribution: K/Ubuntu 18.04-14.04, Scientific Linux 6.3-6.4, Android-x86, Pretty much all distros at one point...

Many games are native (Doom3, Q3A, UT2003/2004, Neverwinter Nights, etc.) These many times require you to download an installer that is run with a console command, like
thanks abisko that helped a little, more people should be like you, *cough*DJ P@CkMaN*cough*, but then agine i did not make my age clear, i am 14 and i have no cash income so plz dont refear me to site that needs money for anything. i have yet to figure out how to use the tar.gz file. what is a tar and a tar.gz file? and can you plz tell me a little more about what SuSE is best for? and if its not as good as another version plz tell me the best version for my needs. i very much like linux and yes i log into root most of the time. i have figured out a few things. and thx for the help everyone else, and yes i know my typing is not the best in the world, plz hang in there with me.
I recommend you browsing a little at the links above. About how to deal with tar.gz files should be answered in the second link. Very brieflz: tar is an archive and tar.gz is a compressed archive. You can unpack such a compressed archive from command line with
Code:
tar xzvf <filename>
or use a right-click on the file, then ('Actions'?) 'Extract to'. In the extracted folder you will find more detailed instructions on how to proceed.
SuSE is easy to use (due to Yast) and comes with a lot of software (at least the professional package). I don't know much about it's gaming capabilities, but e.g. the NVIDIA graphic drivers are easy to install via Yast Online Update.
It is not necessary to log in as root! You may become root temporary if you need (using su and kdesu).
