Best Noob Distros

We all have been newbies and those of us still in this forum asking questions still are (me included). So I thought it would be good to have a post listing what we think are the best newbie distros.

I mostly want to see easy to install easy to use distros. If your hardcore and think that all newbies should jump right into a difficult distro please note it.

I reccomend:

Fedora Core 2 for newer machines. Very easy to use and set-up.

For older machines I reccomend Vector Linux. I have it running on a laptop with a cyrix 200Mhz processor, 32MB RAM, and 2 GB HD. probably the distro with the lowest system requirements that still includes a GUI (actually 5).
