Best media player (one without script controls)

Hey, I am currently using Juk, but it just doesn't cut it. I need a program with an Equalizer, and a little better interface. Thanks

How about Amarok or BMP

I've used both of them and they work for my minimal needs (I just play the music and don't really care about extra cool stuff)...Perhaps Amarok is the best one around with lot of cool things.
